Sweet Adelines Australia has many quartets. Some quartets are registered with Sweet Adelines International so they can compete at our annual regional convention, while others form for the purpose of performing outside of a competition environment, or purely for building skills for quartet members.
Each year, 20–30 quartets compete and are evaluated by four internationally renowned judges in the categories of Sound, Music, Expression and Visual Communication.
Singers who aren't in a Sweet Adelines chartered chorus can still be in a registered quartet through Chapter-at-Large membership.
